We can accommodate up to 125 seated guests with a dance floor or up to 160 without one.

Catering must be from The Fairhaven’s approved vendor list; outside catering must be approved in advance. Drop-off catering is not permitted.

Yes! We offer eight beautifully designed rooms onsite. Our bridal suite features two spacious floors, vanities for hair and makeup, large mirrors, and plenty of natural light—perfect for getting-ready photos. Room 5 and 8 have exceptional lighting as well.

We offer three beautiful ceremony locations to suit your vision. Our indoor ceremony space provides a seamless option, perfect for any weather. For outdoor ceremonies, you can choose Backwoods, a secluded setting surrounded by nature, or the Steps at the Inn, a charming option near rooms 5-8. All locations can be viewed during a venue tour.

The Fairhaven provides a beautiful, neutral space for your event, but certain restrictions apply to protect the venue. Confetti, glitter, rice, and birdseed are not allowed, and open flames must be enclosed in glass. Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval. Clients are responsible for removing all décor by the designated teardown time. A curated selection of venue-owned décor is available for use.

We provide a day-of event coordinator to manage timelines, vendor coordination, and last-minute details for all wedding packages. Pre-event consultations are included to ensure a seamless experience.

Single-Day Wedding Events: Setup begins at 10 AM, and all décor must be removed by midnight.
Multi-Day Wedding Package Rentals: Setup begins at 10 AM on the first day, and all décor must be removed by 9 AM on the final day.
Special Events: You are allotted the 5-hour time block chosen at booking. Additional hours for setup or teardown can be added for an extra charge.

Our pricing is designed to accommodate a range of events and package options. Special event room rentals start at $200, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. Wedding packages start at $5000, with a $1,000 non-refundable retainer required at booking.
