Our venue space comfortably seats up to 150 guests using 24 round tables (seating 6–8 guests per table). If you plan to include a 12x12 dance floor, the recommended guest count is up to 125 for optimal spacing. Indoor ceremonies are best reserved for more intimate celebrations of 65 guests or fewer.

We partner with a select list of approved caterers to ensure exceptional service and quality for your event. While outside catering may be considered with prior approval, drop-off service is not permitted. We’re proud to collaborate with Tavern on the Ridge and will be sharing our full preferred vendor list soon.

We have eight beautifully designed rooms available right on site, making it easy for you and your guests to stay close and relaxed. Our bridal suite spans two floors and includes vanities, large mirrors, and tons of natural light—perfect for getting ready and capturing those special moments. Rooms 5 and 8 have great lighting, too. Altogether, we can host up to 34 guests overnight.

Fairhaven provides a beautiful, neutral space for your event, but certain restrictions apply to protect the venue. Confetti, glitter, rice, and birdseed are not allowed, and open flames must be enclosed in glass. Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval. Clients are responsible for removing all décor by the designated teardown time. A curated selection of venue-owned décor is available for use.

We provide a day-of event coordinator to manage timelines, vendor coordination, and last-minute details for all wedding packages. Pre-event consultations are included to ensure a seamless experience.

Single-Day Wedding Events: Setup begins at 10 AM, and all décor must be removed by midnight.
Multi-Day Wedding Package Rentals: Setup begins at 10 AM on the first day, and all décor must be removed by 9 AM on the final day.
Special Events: You are allotted the 5-hour time block chosen at booking. Additional hours for setup or teardown can be added for an extra charge.

Our pricing is designed to accommodate a range of events and package options. Special event room rentals start at $200, with a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. Wedding packages start at $5000, with a $1,000 non-refundable retainer required at booking.
